Lola Beber is a senior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising & IMC with a double major in Digital Marketing. Paola served as President of the Brand Marketing Team where she acted as editor in chief of the campaign plans book and additional materials. She managed and worked closely with all departments, making sure the team was collectively on the right track to meet their goals. She has gained social media marketing skills through past experiences, and branding and content creation skills as the Co-Founder and CMO of a service project in Westchester NY. Lola has been serving as a Brand Marketing and Strategy intern at Spectrum Reach, gaining valuable experience developing external and internal communications, conducting competitive analysis, reporting insights and best practices, and more. Lola is mostly interested in the creative and strategy aspects of Marketing, having a passion for turning data into creative and successful campaigns.

Briana Caceres is a junior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Fashion Marketing. For the past three years at Pace, Briana has strengthened her professional skills through marketing and communication internships and leadership positions at organizations such as Feeding Westchester, Superdry Co., Sigma Delta Tau, and the Brand Marketing Team. Briana was a part of the Media Department, where she worked with her team to create integrative tactics and allocate the campaign budget. Through both her academic and professional career, Briana has strengthened her time management and analytical skills while learning to work with different target markets and international brands. Briana hopes to utilize her media and marketing skills within the fashion and beauty industries with aspirations of working in Global Marketing in the future.

​John Furtuna is a senior at Pace University majoring in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Arts and Entertainment Management. He was a member of the Creative Department and contributed specifically to developing the creative materials for the marketing campaign. He has gained experience interning at a PR agency for indie films, a performing rights organization, an artist management company, and a not-for-profit cannabis organization. He has taken classes such as Managing Creativity, Arts and Entertainment Management, Advertising Strategy and Creativity, and Web Design for Non-Profit Organizations, all of which have enhanced his knowledge about the topics he is interested in. He is passionate about the entertainment industry and supporting creative people and projects, and hopes to continue working on exciting projects in the future.

Erika Hostrop is a senior at Pace University in the Honors College, majoring in Advertising & Integrated Marketing. Erika was the Associate Director for Account Planning, Research, and Consumer Insight of the Brand Marketing Team. During her time at Pace she has interned at the Clio Awards, ReVive Skincare, BlueWorld, Swimply and is currently the social media intern at Catch’N Ice Cream. She has developed skills in social media marketing, digital marketing and e-commerce. Erika is always looking for opportunities to expand upon her strengths and apply her work experience within the marketing industry.

Bruce Macchione is a senior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising & Integrated Marketing Communications. Bruce was the Creative Director of the Brand Marketing Team where he oversaw the development of all creative materials including the storyboards, plans book, and commercials. He strived for excellence while also exploring new avenues of creativity. Through the Brand Marketing Team and the challenges he faced, he developed a true passion for the world of advertising and the process behind the creative side of the industry. Bruce Macchione has a special way of looking at things that shows in his ability to turn ideas into reality and his talent for using language effectively.

Zoila Moran Mendez is a first generation college student from El Salvador. She is currently a junior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Graphic Design. At Pace, Zoila is a part of the Brand Marketing Team, where she helped develop paid, owned, and earned media strategies. She has contributed to researching Gen Z’s trends and media consumption habits, and helped create below-the-line activations. Her experience on the Brand Marketing Team has inspired Zoila to want to pursue a career in media planning and buying in the future. In addition to her academic pursuits, Zoila also works at Estee Lauder Companies, where she has gained experience and knowledge of the beauty industry including its marketing strategies and consumer behavior.

Francesca Saracino is a senior at Pace University, majoring in Marketing & Advertising. Francesca served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Brand Marketing Team where she used her organizational skills to allocate resources and make sure that departments were on track to the finish line. She has gained experience in events interning with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, an automotive charitable event, and she has expanded her knowledge of advertising creativity through her internship with the Clio Advertising Creativity Awards. Francesca is interested in working in account planning and strategy where she hopes to leverage her experience from the team into her post-grad experience.

Matt Schneider is a senior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising & Integrated Marketing Communications. Matt was the Associate Media Director of the Brand Marketing Team. He worked on all paid, owned, earned, and below the line tactics. He has gained marketing skills in numerous industries through interning with Red Bull, The Clio Awards, Match Group, and HireBeat. Matt is interested in the media industry where he hopes to match his skills from the team after graduation. Apart from work, he has also served as president for Pace’s Zeta Beta Tau fraternity where he chaired the executive board and managed the day-to-day operations of the chapter. Additionally, Matt is a performing/recording musician, performing all over NYC and releasing original music on streaming services.

Rachael Schneider is a junior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising & Integrated Marketing Communications. As the Associate Director of the Creative Department, she was responsible for overseeing the art direction and creative executions for the campaign. Her goals to work within creative in the advertising industry have been ignited by the Brand Marketing Team and she looks forward to working in the field upon graduation. With her work as a Marketing Teaching Assistant, Manager of an integrated marketing lab on campus, as well as her experience in marketing internships she plans to combine her skills and experience in the team in the professional world.

Kaylie Shapiro is a senior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising & Integrated Marketing Communications. Kaylie was the Executive Media Director of the Brand Marketing Team. She oversaw the entire development of the media strategy and paid, owned, and earned media tactics. She paid close attention to detail while encouraging department members as they contributed their own unique ideas. After developing a range of marketing and media skills on the Brand Marketing Team, Kaylie wishes to work for an advertising agency and pursue cosmetic marketing down the line. Kaylie currently works in event marketing at Comarch, an international technology and software company.

Esha Tottempudi is a senior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising & Integrated Marketing Communications. Esha served as the Executive Director of Account Planning on the Brand Marketing Team. Responsibilities included collecting and analyzing both primary and secondary data. She was able to use this data to find the target “sweet spot” which helped support the Media department. Esha has a passion for Consumer Research and Strategy as seen through her previous internships at FootLocker, Hollister Co., Nest Fragrances, Spectrum, Casting Coin, Ellan Media and Lorem Ipsum. During these Internships, she was able to develop skills such as research tactics, data analytics, trend forecasting, and copywriting. Esha is interested in the sports and fitness industry where she hopes to apply all the skills she has learned at Pace. Outside of work, Esha has served as the Advertising Manager for the Pace Press where she reconstructed the school newspapers media kit.

Anna Wilke is a senior at Pace University majoring in Digital Marketing and minoring in Graphic Design. On the Brand Marketing Team, Anna held a position in the Creative Department to help develop creative and design strategies, specifically applying proficiencies in graphic design to the department. During her time at Pace, Anna gained valuable marketing and digital design skills through numerous internships and coursework and is excited to apply these skills to a position in the digital marketing industry after graduation. Outside of the team, Anna worked as a Resident Assistant and participated in Student Government, holding the senate position of Senior Class President.

Ethan Wu is a senior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising & Integrated Marketing Communications. Ethan was part of the creative department, where he helped design various mockups for the plans book. Furthermore, he was part of the team that filmed the commercials, finding stock footage that correlated with directions in the storyboards. Ethan has gotten experience through an internship at Kurt Adlers where he led an ad campaign on Pinterest. Ethan is interested in marketing sports, entertainment, and food. Other than the work related to marketing, he has also been a coach and manager at the New York Badminton Center, running the club’s Manhattan branch and making connections with their customers.
