Sarah is an Honors senior at Pace University majoring in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications. As President of the Brand Marketing Team, she led four departments, managed weekly and long-term objectives, and served as editor-in-chief of the campaign plansbook. She is one of the few students to have experience in marketing and healthcare, including her counseling work at BrandMarketing Services LTD and therapeutic work at an acute care hospital, which inspired her senior thesis on healthcare marketing. Her unique professional background and position on the Brand Marketing Team have developed her time management, data analysis, and teamwork skills. She values communication and displays an eagerness to learn, which she plans to leverage as she pursues her passion for turning data into successful campaigns.

Jamie is a junior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising and Integrated Marketing. She served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Brand Marketing Team, where her strong organizational and team management skills drove resource allocation, strategy development, and team success. As an Onboarding Marketing Manager at Let’s Level Up, a UK-based marketing company, Jamie has expanded her expertise in global marketing strategy and creative development, gaining valuable insights into both UK and US market dynamics. She is passionate about pursuing a career in Account Directing and Creative Strategy, leveraging her leadership experience, academic studies, and professional roles to shape her post-graduation career.

Taygen is a rising senior at Pace University majoring in Digital Marketing with a minor in Sociology/Anthropology. Taygen served as the Executive Director of Account Planning, Consumer Insights & Research where she was responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing primary and secondary research to evaluate the campaign’s strategy with actionable insights. Her position on the Brand Marketing Team encapsulates her aspiration to drive consumer research and data analysis into deliverable actions, providing a framework to achieve engagement with targeted consumers. Additionally, she has an extensive background in social media marketing interning within non-profit and entertainment companies. All these experiences have prepared her to enter the world of marketing.

Brooke, a junior at Pace University majoring in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Finance, possesses exceptional leadership and creative abilities. As the Executive Director of Creative Development, she effectively utilized her organizational skills to guide her team in the successful production of impactful advertisements. This experience on the Brand Marketing Team, has solidified her passion for creative marketing. Her position on the team, where she guided the creative framework and oversaw campaign executions, has significantly shaped her professional growth. By enhancing her skills and knowledge within the advertising field, the team has prepared her for a successful career upon graduation.
Brooke Casella
Creative Department: Executive Director

Michelle is a senior at Pace University, majoring in Digital Marketing with a minor in Fashion Marketing. As the Executive Director for Owned Media on the Brand Marketing Team, she led her team in curating and strategically placing owned media to effectively engage target audiences. Michelle gained hands-on experience through roles at IL Makiage, Capuano Ristorante, and the Brandon Strong Foundation, where she managed campaigns that significantly boosted engagement and designed promotional materials for high-profile initiatives. As a first-generation Latina student whose first language is Spanish, Michelle brings a unique perspective and bilingual skills to her work, allowing her to connect with diverse audiences through impactful marketing strategies. Notably, she organized the first-ever Brandon Strong Toy Drive, collecting over 500 toys for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, furthering her passion for community-driven work. Michelle aspires to work at an advertising agency and eventually pursue a career in fashion marketing.
Michelle Crespo-Gonzalez
Owned Media Department: Executive Director

Born in Oregon, USA, and raised in Moscow, Russia, Daniel embodies the fusion of two worlds. Having served as the co-director of the Paid Media Department on the Brand Marketing Team, he brings a winning mentality, an aura of success, and relentless creativity to an already accomplished team. In addition to having been the Marketing Director of the revived Salomon Brothers, he has successfully worked on marketing strategies for startups across industries, including mobile apps and real estate. Despite these demanding roles, he has maintained an exceptional academic record, earning a spot on the Dean’s List every term since 2022.
Daniel Reznichenko
Paid Media Department: Co-Director

Michael is a Junior at Pace University majoring in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Graphic Design. Michael was one of two co-directors of Paid Media on the Brand Marketing Team. During his junior year at Pace he has interned at a photography studio and worked in social media marketing at WMA (Weller Media Agency). By being on the brand marketing team, he has learned how to be an effective problem solver, a team leader, and a critical thinker. He looks forward to contribute his hard work and creative advertising skills to an agency or client once he has graduated.
Michael Cavone

Jason is a rising senior at Pace University majoring in Advertising and Integrated Marketing. Jason was a part of the Account Planning, Research, and Development Department for the Brand Marketing Team. After receiving his Associates Degree, Jason had first hand experience working with media production for brands like Adidas and Meta. In the future, Jason looks forward to bringing his skills to the advertising profession.

Eishita is a junior at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, studying Advertising and Integrated Marketing. Originally from Mumbai, India, she brings an international perspective to her work. Passionate about crafting engaging brand stories and campaigns that create a meaningful impact, Eishita excels in using her skills to bridge cultural and creative boundaries.Her studies and extracurricular involvement have helped her build expertise in social media marketing, content creation, event management, public speaking, problem-solving, and teamwork. Currently, she is part of the Brand Marketing team in the Account Planning department, where she collects and analyzes consumer insights to drive strategic decisions. Eishita is excited to apply her knowledge and creativity to address dynamic challenges in the marketing world.

Mikaela is a junior at Pace University majoring in Global Marketing Management with a passion to create effective strategies that drive for innovative results. As a member of the Brand Marketing Team, she has helped create advertisements and initiatives for the campaign. Mikaela has gained hands-on experience as a Conference and Events Director in Pace’s American Marketing Association. She has also worked on marketing campaigns for the Wall Street Journal and Adobe. With her determined, adaptable, and driven skills, she is eager to bring her experience to the world of marketing.

Nathan is a senior at Pace University who majors in Film with a minor in Marketing. As part of the Creative Department, he is responsible for creating both video and print ads for the campaign. From his internship at Midnight Media and work on various short films, Nathan has gained experience in screenwriting, production and editing. As such, he is involved in the formation of every ad. In the future, he aims to make a name for himself in the film industry.

Jane is a Pace University senior majoring in Film Studies with a minor in Marketing. As a member of the creative department on the Brand Marketing Team, she has worked with her team to develop engaging and unique advertising executions for the campaign. Jane brings a fresh and insightful perspective to the team thanks to her strong writing skills and background in screenwriting. Most notably, Jane’s collaborative and empathetic nature has helped foster a safe and innovative environment in which her teammates can freely express ideas.

Mia is a senior at Pace University, majoring in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications. As a member of the Owned Media department on the National Student Advertising Team, she plays a key role in curating and strategically placing content to maximize audience engagement and brand impact. Mia specializes in crafting compelling narratives that foster authentic connections between brands and consumers. Beyond marketing, she is a dedicated blogger and poet, using her writing to explore themes of resilience, purpose, and identity. With a deep passion and love for music and culture, Mia aspires to build a career in brand marketing and content strategy within the music industry, where she can amplify artists’ voices and shape meaningful brand narratives.
